The plazas, gardens and walkways in MUT were created out of a deep seated commitment to improving the quality of life and wellbeing for our neighbors and visitors.

Infrastructure that promotes sustainable modes of transport.
MUT connects with the Metro network, at the Tobalaba station that has been extended with 3 new exits out into Las Condes. MUT will also have the largest Bike Hub in the city, with 2,000 parking spaces, showers, lockers and workshops and a whole ecosystem that promotes cycling.
