Chicken International International

I’m half Chilean, half Taiwanese. I studied and worked in Switzerland, China and Kuwait, which has given me a lot of perspective on different cultures, foods and ingredients around the world. Chicken International was born to give visibility to Taiwanese culture, and to recipes from many other countries, all built around fried chicken. Our goal is to enrich the world through the senses and culinary innovation, while offering a truly unique experience.
