Sustainability Report 2021 – 2022

The first MUT Sustainability Report describes the integration of ESG (environmental, social and governance) management of Mercado Urbano Tobalaba (MUT) and communicates why it is a place designed and designed for the protection of the environment and the promotion of people’s well-being.  MUT is a project that began more than 10 years ago with the idea of generating a sustainable mixed-use building, which provides public spaces and quality green areas to residents and workers in the area. A place that seeks to revive the idea of the original market, where fair trade allows tenants to reach the final recipients without intermediaries.

MUT is a marketplace where sustainability is the way of life. An urban market that can be reached by metro or bicycle, and where the electric vehicle can be charged. It is a place where there is no space for garbage because the reduction and reuse of waste is promoted and where the natural water cycle is respected.
